• What brand shirts do you print on?
    Most designs are printed on a standard 6 oz Gildan or Port and Company blank. However, please refer to the product description, as we are offering some designs on different styles.

  • Do you have a size chart?
    Yes - you can check it out here. There's also a link to the size chart on each product page, next to the Size drop-down box.


  • When will I get my shirts?
    We produce shirts on-demand Monday-Friday, so please allow 3-5 business days for production. Shipping usually takes 2-3 days, depending on your distance from Birmingham, Alabama.

  • It said 1 business day when I checked out, where is my order?
    At checkout you will see our shipping options and they will have an ESTIMATION of the shipping time, for example: "2 business days". This is the shipping time only, and does not include our production time. It is also an ESTIMATION by USPS and not a guarantee of any kind. We are not responsible for USPS delays.

  • How will my order be shipped?
    We use either USPS first-class mail or USPS priority mail depending on package size. This means that your shirts may be delivered on a Saturday.

  • Where is my tracking number?
    Your tracking number is emailed to you automatically once your package is on the USPS truck. If you haven't receive a tracking number and it has been more than 5 business days, please email us at orders@crimsonlocker.com.


  • How can I exchange a shirt?
    If you'd like to exchange a garment, please email us at orders@crimsonlocker.com. We'll issue you a return label at no cost, and get your new shirt out to you as quickly as possible. We only provide one free return label per order.

  • Can I return my order?
    We're happy to accept your return and refund your money within 30 days of your purchase. Your product must be returned in new, unworn condition. Email us at orders@crimsonlocker.com for a return shipping label. Once we've received your return we will issue a refund. Please keep in mind that banks can often take a few days to put your money back in your account.

  • What do I need to include in my return package?
    In addition to the item you are returning, please include your original packing slip or email receipt and note on it if you would like a refund, or the size you are exchanging for.


  • Why did no one respond to my email?
    Check your spam folder. We respond to all customer service inquiries from our email address orders@crimsonlocker.com.
